Textron Defense Systems’ WarBall is a state-of-the-art, multi-sensor active ball turret that provides precision imaging, identification and weapons designation of ground targets using a flexible, multiplatform design.
Our WarBall includes several advanced features including:
- High-resolution, nighttime battlefield video to 10 nautical miles
- Fusion of laser illuminated images and medium-wave infrared (MWIR) video for enhanced target identification
- Target tracking, imaging, designation and real-time battle damage assessment
- Invisible, to night-vision goggles, or medium- or long-wave infrared sensors
The Textron Defense Systems WarBall is configured for easy integration onto manned or unmanned fixed- or rotary-wing aircraft for full-spectrum surveillance operations.
